Common questions

›Can a dirty fan wheel cause E14?

Yes. Heavy dust or mold on the fan wheel can slow the motor. A technician can clean the wheel during the repair.

›Is it safe to keep running the AC with E14?

No. Without the indoor fan, the coil can freeze in cooling or overheat in heating. Turn it off.
